Annual Dinner Gala and Chance Auction 2024

5:30 PM ARIZONA TIME

Our Annual Dinner and Chance Auction is back! We will begin the evening with cocktails at 5:30 p.m. (Arizona time) and dinner 6:15 p.m. Then, our program will begin with the installation of our 2024 Board of Directors and the recognition of some amazing Chamber members - the recipients of the InstaGRAMMY, Chamber Champion, Ambassador of the Year, Member of the Year, Small Businessperson of the Year, and our newest award, Business of the Year.

We will close out the evening with a fun and exciting Chance Auction! Never been to one? It is a cross between a live auction and a raffle. Each guest will receive a list of items to be sold during the live auction and a paddle with an individualized number. Guests will then "bid" on the items by placing a purchased token in a bucket placed at the center of each table. The auctioneer will roam the room while announcing numbers on the guests' paddles. The "Gonger," a VIP guest who cannot hear the numbers being called, will ring a gong at a random time. The number last called before the gong rings will win the item.

We expect to be auctioning nearly 100 prizes! Tokens will also be available for purchase at the event.

By registering for this event, attendees acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease exists in any public place where people are present.
