Description
In the CompTIA A+ course, students will be able to configure and support a wide range of operating systems, hardware, mobile devices, and basic IT infrastructure. They will demonstrate foundational security skills, troubleshoot and resolve core service issues, and apply best practices in documentation, scripting, and change management. Students will also be able to implement essential data backup, recovery, storage, and management methods to ensure reliable system performance.
What you'll experience:
- Demonstrate baseline security skills for IT support professionals
- Configure device operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, iOS) and cloud-based software
- Troubleshoot and solve core service and support challenges using best practices
- Support basic IT infrastructure and networking
- Configure and support PC, mobile, and IoT device hardware
