The Small Business Development Center is hosting a hands-on workshop at the Arizona Western Entrepreneurial College designed to help you successfully start your LLC or PLLC. This session will guide you through each step—from choosing a business name to filing your Articles of Organization.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Understand LLC/PLLC requirements and structure
- Verify and secure your business name
- Learn about EIN registration & Beneficial Ownership reporting
- Get a clear breakdown of your next steps
- Learn how to avoid common scams
