The Small Business Development Center is hosting a hands-on workshop at the Arizona Western Entrepreneurial College designed to help you successfully start your LLC or PLLC. This session will guide you through each step—from choosing a business name to filing your Articles of Organization.

In this workshop, you’ll:

• Understand LLC/PLLC requirements and structure
• Verify and secure your business name
• Learn about EIN registration & Beneficial Ownership reporting
• Get a clear breakdown of your next steps
• Learn how to avoid common scams
