The LLC Launch Lab is a comprehensive, hands-on workshop hosted by the Arizona Western College Small Business Development Center (SBDC), designed to help entrepreneurs confidently start and structure their business.
This session provides step-by-step guidance on forming an LLC or PLLC, helping participants understand the legal, administrative, and practical steps required to launch successfully. Whether you're just starting out or ready to formalize your business, this workshop gives you the tools to do it right.
During the workshop, participants will:
- Understand the differences between LLC and PLLC structures
- Learn how to complete and file Articles of Organization
- Verify business name availability
- Understand publication requirements and compliance steps
- Get guidance on obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Learn about Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) requirements
- Identify and avoid common scams targeting new business owners
