By registering for this event, attendees acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease exists in any public place where people are present. Therefore, by registering, attendees agree to waive, covenant not to sue, and discharge the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce, its representatives, and the event venue arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease.
