REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received at least 1 week prior to the event will receive a refund of their registration fee minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations received within one week of the event will not be refunded.

REGISTRATION WAIVER
By registering for this event, attendees acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 and any other communicable or infections disease exists in any public place where people are present. No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. Therefore, by registering, attendees agree to waive, covenant not to sue, and discharge the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce, its representatives, and the event venue arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease.
