Beat the heat and swim for FREE at Water Safety Day! 
The Greater Yuma Water Safety Alliance invites residents to have fun while learning more about water safety and drowning prevention.
Bring the entire family to the Valley Aquatic Center, (4381 W. 18th St.) on Saturday, June 1, from 1–6 p.m. The pool will be open and the public can swim for free! We will have safety demonstrations such as CPR, lifejacket fittings, swiftwater rescue and “Reach and Throw, Don’t Go,” a water rescue safety practice.
That’s not all, as there will be music and giveaways! Food and beverages will be available for purchase too.
