Requirements: 

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Compensation:

- Hourly wage, plus tips and commission.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in bartending and retail is preferred.

- Must demonstrate diligence, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are essential.

- Basic knowledge of beer and wine, with a willingness to learn about new and updated beverage and cigar products.

- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds (e.g., wine boxes).

- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote our brand through engaging social media content, including photography.

- Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the lounge area.

- Take drink orders and provide courteous service to customers.

- Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and sanitized.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and their guests.

- Adhere to personal hygiene standards.

- Reliability, trustworthiness, and adherence to company policies are essential.

- Eagerness to learn about wine, beer, and cigars to enhance customer service.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
