Addie Packs

About Us

Addie Packs were created in 2020 after the passing of Addison Tams. Addison (Addie) was born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) in 2008, and she and her family spent many weeks and months at Phoenix Children’s Hospital during her lifetime. Knowing what a hardship these journeys can be, Addie’s family and friends decided to create Addie Packs in her memory to help families facing this event. Addie loved her ''pack-backs'' so it was decided that a backpack of helpful items would be Addie’s Legacy.
