Family Partners' mission is simple: we promote meaningful life experiences to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We fulfil this mission by ensuring our dedicated professionals have the most current and innovative training to educate, advocate, and encourage independence while maintaining the highest standards of care. Our services in Yuma include Home and Community Based Services (Attendant Care, Respite and Habilitation), Group Supported Employment by finding employment for the developmentally disabled and providing them with a job coach and Developmental Home for Adults or Children. This is a service we provide to those who cannot live with their natural family while helping them achieve permanency either through reunification with their parents, adoption, or other court-ordered plan. Family Partners assists individuals and /or families in applying for and maintaining a license to care for a child or adult with developmental disabilities in the state of Arizona.
